Our Services
We strive to provide individualized services to meet the needs of neurodiverse individuals and help them develop meaningful skills. Supports are assessed on an ongoing basis to reflect the growth and needs of clients and families/care givers. We offer a variety of services to provide added flexibility and accessibility to intervention.
Intervention Assessment
At the start of services an intervention assessment will be completed. The purpose of the assessment is to collaborate with the family/caregiver to identify priority areas and to develop an individualized support plan for intervention.
Early Intervention Program
Our Early Intervention Program takes place at our Learning Space in Maple Ridge with our team. This program is designed for individuals up to age five and follows the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach. This program is overseen by Bethany Boyle.
The program offers session times 9:00 - 3:30 (Mon-Fri).
After-School Groups
Our After-School Groups take place at our Learning Space in Maple Ridge with our team. This program is designed for individuals age six and above and follows a variety of social-emotional learning approaches, (ie. Social Thinking's We Thinker's curriculum). Group programming is available based on assessed level of prerequisite skills. The group programs are overseen by Amber Richmond.
The program offers group session times 3:30-5:00 (Mon-Fri). *Pending Availability
School Aged Services
School Aged Services can be offered in home or at the Learning Space in Maple Ridge. Services are based on direct support for the individual and family from BC/SLP. Services in the Learning Space may include BI depending on availability. The focus of School Aged Services include personal independence skills, behaviour support, social-emotional learning support, case management & advocacy.
In-Home Early Intervention
Our In-Home Early Intervention Program takes place in your home with a BI team hired by you or our BI team depending on availability/location. This program is designed for individuals up to age five and follows the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach. This program is overseen by Bethany Boyle.
Session times are determined on a case by case basis.
